Community Emergency Response Team Training

What will your Neighborhood do in the "Big One?

Is your community prepared to cope with NO Fire Department; NO Police Department; NO electricity; NO water; NO gas for THREE DAYS? That prediction is from the LA Fire Department when the "Big One" (earthquake) hits!

Location - LA High Memorial Library

Starting Wednesday, August 25th the LA Fire Department is having a CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) class to help neighborhoods cope with disaster situations in your area. The class is for 7 weeks - 6:30 - 8 PM at the LA High Memorial Library - 4625 W. Olympic (just east of Rimpau - between Crenshaw and La Brea). The class will happen ONLY if you respond! They need 25 people to teach this class.
