Thank you.  I have considered calling DCF yet am afraid it could backfire on me and be charged with false allegations. Is there a way to do this without giving your name and still be taken seriously?

Now don't get me wrong I don't want to seem like the cranky old guy who complains about everything. However, I do feel if folks around here would show a bit of pride where they live and not throw trash in the street, let their yards look Sanford and Son, the criminal element would not feel welcome here. My yard is brown from the drought, and not on the cover of better homes and gardens. However, there is no trash scattered all over my yard with car parts, tires,and human feces. It is neat and tidy.

I can not understand why so many in this nieghborhood feel they must drive their cars all over their lawns and trash them. I have some scum who live a few doors down who drive thru their lawn and part of the neighbor's lawn next to them. The real kicker is the idiots next door do nothing when they drive thru their lawn. They must like contributing to the decline in this once quiet family neighborhood.

Also notice the hordes of teens on bicylcles everyday roaming around in groups. I feel they are casing the houses for easy pickings.  They come from the East side of Nebraska and Linebaugh, crime haven that is, and toss their trash on our streets. I have even seen them stop and whip it out and urinate out in the open.  They are really lower than animals. Animals have more sense.

So, yes, I am cranky and pissed. I am sick of seeing what this neighborhood has become and that most seem to not care.

If nothing is done soon, we will be just like those streets on the other side of Nebraska.  Please, lets stop the rising tide of scum.

What can we do to get rid of the public phones outside the gas stations on the corners?  Scum hang out there to use those phones for drug deals.

Also might want to notice that "Barber Shop behind the Farm Store.  Those are not exactly cub scouts hanging out there.

Sad to say just by seeing the very few postings here that our neighborhood is close to the point of no return. That is unless you are one of those who helped destroy it, then I am sure you just love it.
