I have noticed this past Monday and the Thursday before, that as I drove to my office, that a maroon Toyota Camry 1994, licence # NHM 548, with two hispanic youths in the front seat and another ducking in the back seat. They drove from Knob Oak (between Gessner and Shadowdale) south on each of the streets, then proceeded to the next street in the same fashion.  When I saw them the second time, I followed them down one street and then up another, until I got their license #, and they tried to drive away until I found a police man and told her what I had seen. She told to call the police the next time I saw it, but rather than that, report it to Fred Bernthal, as I was instructed at the police station.  It appeared that they were casing the homes, and noting which ones where carless when they passed by.  Just a note of wanting to be on the watch.  David V.
