There appears to be some maliciousness occuring doing this stormy season.  Just today some person or persons stole a snow shovel from in from of my town house and I wonder if this might be a pattern.  In that regard, I am encouraging neighbors to secure your snow shovels by placing them inside your unit when not in use.

I am curious to learn if others have experience similar problems and if you have suggestions to negate such behavior.
