There many drug dealers in this building and the others across who are stalking and harrassing tenants.   They feel invaded and have no right to even come to our building and dwell there illegally and threaten and stalk tenants.    I was told by the super of the building that there is and I saw certain undesirables who look like drug dealing suspects constently going up and down our building causing racial riots and pounding on tenants.

I called 52nd precinct so many times that I got exhausted so I prefer if a some action be taken.   We do not wait for an incident to happen.   Drug dealers are crazy, insane, very hostile violent behavior, and violent tempered due to their drug habits and many of them are MICa clients.

Police would not allow MICA clients or people selling drugs in this building here at 3525 Perry Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467.  Mostly Blacks that I see causing disturbance in the building making it complicated to live peacefully.   People hate to complaint but because we have better things to do and this effect our health and living and there are elderly people who live in this building as well people have to speak out.    We need police patrol on the Perry Avenue between Gunhill Road and 211th Street and Putnam Place during after hours were the disturbance begins.   I am very sure that the other building 3055 Perry Avenue were caught chanting at tenantst.
