When are the HOA officers going to enforce the rules? Residents on Gooseneck Dr. have been loitering in the visitor parking areas, repairing vehicles and having street basketball games with portable baskets.

One of my neighbors has never cut their grass and has weeds that have grown between the fence and up the back of the house, past the 2nd floor.

I've been wondering the same thing.  We've got people parking vehicles all over the place, blasting loud music at all hours, our neighbor's yard hasn't been mowed in at least 2 months, and another neighbor's friends like to do burn-outs in the street and get into domestic disputes (also in the street) at 11:00 PM until someone finally calls the cops.  And reporting it to the HoA apparently does no good.  :(
