It doesn't appear this neighborhood site is still active, however I want to post this just in case.  Developers are planning to turn the old Big Apple building at 19th Ave & Bell Rd into a pawn shop!  It's my opinion that we don't need anymore pawn shops or check cashing stores in this area.  It only brings trouble!  So, considers yourselves warned.
