10/22/15 Gasoline was poured on dry landscaping and fence in Alley of 600 block of Orange Street. Fence borders garage.  Police called, said they could not do anything.   In the past 2 years same location has had plants killed with vegetation killer.  Boarder rails& stones have been repeatedly removed or kicked away.  Trying to keep the Alley nice, having to replace landscaping each season now. If any one see's activity please report to police.
