This is getting out of hand.  I have had my mail box hit so many times that I stopped having it rebuilt and put out a disposable mailbox.  My fence along Mingo has been smashed into on 4 occasions.  Each time TPD has found the person, but could not do anything about it because the vehicle was claimed to have been stolen.  This has to stop.

This was such a nice neighborhood 25 years ago.
