Are there any actions that I can take if a neighbor (rental house) refuses to maintain their residence? This neighbor never mows their yard, constantly has trash in the yard, the house desperately needs painted, there are always broken down cars in the street and in the driveway, etc. I'm afraid that if I were ever to try to sell my house, it would be impossible without buying the neighbors house and doing a complete renovation. Any advice???
