About our association

A Community Working Hard to stay Pleasant

The Crossing at Ruidosa Ridge is a (HOA) Homeowners Association established by the DR Horton (Home Builder) in 2004. We have a total of 307 homes in our community. This community and it's leaders have devoted themselves to making the neighborhood pleasant for all to live in.

Our HOA is made up of several committees, Safety, Landscape, Welcome and Social, Communications, ACC , and Pool Committees. We are also registered with the City of Arlington's Citizens on Patrol (COP), Code Ranger Program and Community Watch Group. We are very active with city officers and council members. We have a number of social events for the community, Neighborhood Clean Up parties, Community Garage Sale, Spring Fling, National Night Out, Chili Cook off contest, Christmas decoration party etc. If you join this community we are always open for ideas on how to bring the community closer. I believe we have a very friendly community with a diversity of people.

We also use the services of a property management company to maintain the day to day business of the HOA. We encourage the community to maintain there property and community by getting involved and completing ACC request before any external work to the home is started. We try our best to enforce the bylaws and restrictions of the HOA to protect the value of the community.
