I feel that our HOA is in serious jepordy on many levels. But, I believe the most critical issue we face is our current Board of Directors. If something is not done soon to bring about a positive change, I fear the physical and financial condition of our community will continue to further decline. I do not believe that the loss of income, due to a high volume forclosures, is entirely to blame for our current community crisis!
It is my hope, that with better leadership, community participation & resource management, we can effectively plan for our future rather than simply re-act to the simptoms caused by decisions made by a poorly educated and personally motivated board of directors!
