If you are concerned about the condition of Becks Run Road, like I am, it appears no party wants to claim responsiblity for maintenance. The Moon Township road department was contacted (7/3/2009) and indicated that the developer has current ownership. Moon Township will take ownership when the road is turned over to them from the developer. The date is unknown. At earliest, Moon Township will have to budget for the road work in January 2010. The cost of the road will result in a phased project. Moon Township suggested homeowners to contact the developer or Maronda.

It sounds like you are saying the developer is responsible for the condition of Becks Run Road?   I believe the developer is responsible for Diamond Drive and Blue Ridge Drive, but not Becks Run Road.  Please clarify.

If I recall correctly, the conversation with the Moon Township point of contact indicated Becks Run Road was not the township property yet. Please feel free to call the township and clarify. As a homeowner, paying taxes to the muni of Moon Township, Moon Township should be fixing this issue or making an effort to get someone to fix it.
