1807 Naylor seems basically sound but in serious need of rehab. There is a gross burned out mess in the back yard, the place hops with chiggers and evidence of depravity abounds. I have a tenant who could rehab in stages and after removing the condemnation, could live there. Whom or what entity can I approach with a bid to purchase this property? Anyone know anything about the previous tenants or whom they were paying rent to? Thanks for your help. I live in Casa Linda.
