Query to Phase 1 and 2 new home buyers: Were you moving into a gated community? Did you think that meant all around? If so, what happened to Glenlivet and up to the pond area? I thought last year they were starting to fence all around. But they stopped at the evergreens (near the back gate), the rest is barbed wire or a short wall dropping off into murky and stagnant water. Were they hoping we would not notice? Any ideas?
