Garland has some limted events and used to have the supplies to give to groups. I will try to check into it .I do know that one scout troop used to do this but it may not be an ongoing program .If we can get those supplies and permission, this is an activity we could do

Tonight's news had a story that Dallas is considering making it a crime to have graffiti parphenelia - we could also look into this after we see if it clears in Dallas

I heard about this on the news, too. Yes, this would be great if we could initiate something like this in Garland.
