Our sul de sac and Glen Canyon have had multiple experiences with Verizon's sub contractor, Mastec and it's sub, GTI. The events vary but if you do have a negative experience, like wires being cut, damage to your property outside the easement, there is a link on the front page of the City of Garland web site in which you can file a complaint. Dealing with the men on site may not be the best option. The web site comment goes to Mastec corp, Verizon, and the City of Garland who is the entity granting permission and over site in the easement. I had success with this process as oppposed to a conversation in the street.
