Thank you for posting. I know how much a pet is a family member. You might also want to register her with animal control at the city of Garland and Pet Net for lost pets. While we cannot put signs in easements or on poles, I am sure there are other sympathetic families who would put a sign in their yard .Pick the area and also major corners and ask folks.
