What do you think? I feel the HOA monies could go to more important issues than 10 acres of possible swamp land, an over priced used mobilehome, for a 10 year note @ 10%! Someone has got to be kidding me! First anyone could get a much better rate than 10%. I feel the developer should donate the land and mobilehome to the community at no charge. The HOA will have to pay for other maintanance costs down the road. I just don't see us wasting hard earned money on something the developer ought to offer to the community.
