Dear Neighbors:

On Monday, May 21st, at 7:30 PM, there will be ameeting at Skyview Elementary. Please make plans to attend. The police detective and the lawyer working on the apartment case will be in attendance. At this time they will give us an update on the apartment situation.

Today we attended court and had approximately 12 neighbors to show their support. We had the opportunity
to speak with the apartment lawyer and discuss some of the issues with him.

On Tuesday, May 22nd at 9:00 AM, we will return to court for a hearing. We need your support! If you can attend, please meet at the George Allen Courthouse, on the 3rd floor, Judge Sims court. Neighbors, it is so important for you to attend, we need to pack the courtroom for a show of support. This situation with the apartments not only affects me, it affects everyone of us in the Forest Meadows subdivision. Please get involved and support your neighborhood. The Dart Rail is very easy to ride and only cost $1.00 each way. Exit Union Station and walk across the street to the George Allen Courthouse on Commerce Street. It is directly across from the old red courthouse.

To all the neighbors who attended today, Thank you! I know your time is valuable, however, your presence was greatly appreciated.

I think it would be agood idea to have someone publish details on utlizing our neighborhood web site. I know most of my immediate neighbors don't have computers and those of us who do are not totally conversant with their use. I am finally on as a member but had to get help from the national office of the neighborhood sites.

Communication by every means possible is very necesary to sustaining the association.

We have sent your information about Monday and Tuesday to all of the surrounding neighborhoods and everyone we know. There will be a show of support for your association on Tuesday.
