Section 5 is ridicuolous. When was this ordinance passed? I can't imagine someone not being able to put any of these items on their driveway which is out of sight and out of mind for the casual passer by, especially from the front of the house. This is just another reason amongst many of why VCNHOA should be done away with it. HOA is nothing but another form of taxation and one in which the homeowner isn't able to write off on their taxes! All of us would save a lot of money by simply doing away with VCNHOA. Here is my request to put this on the next agenda!!!
