if you a smart person,dont come to wynchase crossing or any other hoa area.i did not know till it was too late.hoa is a lot of smoke and mirriors,but in the end you lose and the hoa makes a profit on what you have worked hard for.the united states took control of the south once before in the past,to prevent this type of oppression.we need america back and the hoas out! so do the right thing and dont purchase into these type of places.  thanks, a true american
