dont buy a home in a hoa community.are you will get in that long line of fools im standing in.nothing the hoa says is the truth,except that the hoa can steal your home and tell you what to do with your home after you work hard and pay for it.and our texas and united states government had made this hoa organization legal.and dont believe that the new manufactured homes are any better than the old moble homes.they are the same cheap ,paper thin walls.the manufacture home sellers put these cheap homes in a hoa area and raise up the price,with the promise that you will keep your value in the hoa community.that is wrong.you end up with the same cheap manufactured home in the end that you cant sell,unless you almost give it away.i never felt so far away from america in my life.you might as well move to a communist country,that is like a hoa community.dont buy in a hoa area,stay american!   p.s  my hoa is in crandall texas
