I don't know who to contact...our neighbor's exterior wall had work done on it and we came home to our lawn furntiure covered in paint from the work.  Since this wall is covered by the HOA, does anyone know who I can talk to about this?  I'd really like the damage to be refunded to us seeing as that we were not told when work would be done so we could move said furntiture.
