Trash Receptacles

Posted in: Danbury Park
Don't you think that a few outside trash receptacles strategically placed around the area (particularly near the picnic pavillion) would decrease the amount of trash and dog droppings currently seen? Also, the stagnant pool near the model homes has been, and will continue to be, a major breeding area for mosquitoes unless something is done to clean it up and to get the water circulating. The landscapers did do a great job on the greenbelt area near the stagnant pool.

I agree

I would like to suggest that we put a trash receptacle near or behind each set of mail boxes. They are already positioned at convienent locations throughout the developement and the mail boxes might help disguise their presence. The pond does have a meger circulating system, but has not been running lately. I think that something more significant might be necessary.

The trash receptacles would be something that your Homeowner Association would be taking care of,

Trash Receptacles

Hi David,

Maybe we need a list of what the present HOA is responsible for, that would be of great help.

Thank you and your staff for all the help in the past six months we have lived here.

Take care, Barb.
