DAVIES MANOR S.D.
I have only seen a sign posted on D.P. ROAD near the ST. PHILLIPS intersection, indicating a MEETING, but unsure if there is a DATE. This whole thing is going to be a MESS for our neighborhoods. Witness what is going on right now on ELLIS ROAD, as usual, the roads will be CUT and some kind of sub-standard repair will be made to cover it up. I am getting tired of seeing all this development around us, I wish these DEVELOPERS would find another place to make their $$$. My Question ......... What is this going to do for our Home Values here ? With Smaller Homes coming in, I bet we will see in influx of LOWER HOME PRICES and MORE PEOPLE, MORE CARS. By Mark |

I think that is the same sign that has been up there for quite sometime. The last update that I have read on the Shelby County records, the plat map was recorded and something about removing the pumping station at Pembrook Elise/Patches. As far as the other deveploment it does not have any effect on Davies. Davies property values has continued to climb even through all the continual devolopement. The new homes that are being build in the new subdivision on Elise Rd Start at $200K. I don't think we have much to worry about with property values yet. I with you about the traffic. Kathy |

Davies Manor Subdivision
error correction not at Pembrook Elise/Patches. There is one special condition regarding the removal of an existing lift station at Patches and Brunswick Road. The developer cannot obtain any building permits until this lift station is removed. |
