OK, this small dog just escaped and was headed back out towards ST.PHILLIP at CRUTCHFIELD COVE ............................ wearing ORANGE SHOCK COLLAR,  the dog is JACK RUSSELL MALE NEUTERED, probably around eight years old, very friendly in nature and obedient. I don't know where this dog lives as we found him on ST. PHILLIP DRIVE near TOOLEY COVE on WEDNESDAY night walking around on the street. I hope wherever this dog came from, the owners will take more precautions to keep their pet contained. This dog was wearing a PETSAFE collar but it was inoperative, I changed the battery and it still did not work ...................... If you have one of these collars on your dogs, you need to check it periodically as ours require the battery to be changed every other month !!!
