We live on Lucy Gage Cove. Josh (our son) is playing basketball this year for SBA and as a fund raiser they sell ads in the basketball program and/or banners that are displayed for the entire year in the SBA gym to fund the "extras" for the season. The school pays for some (facilities, uniforms & sports equipment (basketballs)) but extras such as shoes, warm ups and such to make the team look "pretty" and out of town game expenses are covered via fundraisers. Each player is asked to raise $400. $100 goes to the team for travel/hotel for an out of area tournament and the rest goes to shoes, warm-ups, team t-shirt, shorts & socks. 
 
Please don't feel obligated to do this. I just wanted to provide the opportunity if you thought it would be beneficial to your business.
