Someone was joy riding through the back yards located along the gas pipe line located near St Phillips and Davies Plantation Rd. If you have a small light silver two seater convertible you might want to check for mud under your car. There was a younger kid  riding up on the back of the car which was really dangerous. The time was around 12:00 noon to 1:00 Saturday Dec. 3rd.  I live on Tooley Cove and I have pets and grandchildren that play in my back yard and I do not want your kids driving through my yard were one of them might hurt or kill my family. The police have been notified and it would be nice if your kids would fill in the ruts they made in the neighbors yards. That would make the punishment fit the crime .
