Davies Plantation Homeowners Association

There is a black and white dog (could be a jack russel terrier mix) wandering around the Davies Plantation Park off of Davies Plantation Road. He/she has been close to our backyard for a day or two now and is constantly barking. He/she will not come close to anyone and seems scared of strangers. He/she has no ID or collar attached to him/her. He/she stays close to the northwest side of the park. Hope it is someone's dog! If it is, please come and get it before this storm is about to blow in! We would have caught it and brought it inside by now but it won't come near us.
