Dearing Downs HOA

To the person who left a nasty note in our mailbox concerning our yard, shame on you.  I was always told to be kind to others in that you never know what they are going through.  We have ALWAYS kept our yard neat and tried to keep it clean by picking up all of the trash thrown in it.  My husband found out a little over a month ago he not only has bladder cancer, but prostate cancer also.  He is getting radiation daily.  For you to have left this note not knowing what we are going through....SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Karen, I'm so sorry to hear of your husband's condition. We've had too much cancer in our family the past few years so I can empathize. Please let me know if you need help with anything while he is receiving treatment. I'm sure I can put some folks together if you need anything major done...Bob

Thank you so much for your kind words.  We finally found someone to cut the yard and will continue until my husband is able to.  It just really hurt my feelings, more than my husband in that he can't do the things he used to do. Take care and have a great day!!
