From driving around the neighborhood, there appears to be some confusion regarding when, where and how to place the new garbage and recycling cans at the curb. Basic information can be found at www.cityofhelena.org on the City News link, as well as in the literature that came with the cans. Directional instructions are printed on the can lids.
