I feel it is time to install ''hidden'' surveillance equipment because of vandalism. This measure will only enhance out Neighborhood and discourage undesireable activity. Electronic speed traps on Jaymar and other problem streets would help. I am willing to pay more property tax to support this because it will only increase the value of our homes and neighborhood!
