First let me start this with one very important point. We do not have the street plowed so that you can drive out of your driveway and run to blockbuster for a movie and Wawa for a loaf of bread.
Second the cost of snow plowing is extremly reasonable!!!!!
Third the plows are to make the streets passable not dry to the asphalt curb to curb. And yes they will plow snow infront of your driveway and yes if you live in a cul-de-sac you will get snow plowed infront of your driveway.
WE PLOW TO OPEN THE ROADS TO EMERGENCY PURPOSES AND TO HELP PREVENT TO SOME DEGREE THE REFREEZING OF MELTED SNOW, AGAIN FOR SAFETY,
ALSO LET IT BE KNOW THAT CHILDREN IN OUR COMMUNITY HAVE HASSELED THE PLOWES OVER AND OVER AGAIN INCLUDING BREAKING ONE OF THE PLOWS TRUCK WINDOWS.
So please next time you call to complain about snow infront of your drive way try to remember it only cost you a couple of dollars for the street to be plowed and it may have been your child that threw the chunk of ice threw the drivers window.
