I would like to see the Civic Assoc. hold at least one additional meeting per year. Would that be at all possible? (maybe one in late Fall to update everyone on monies in the snow removal fund and general discussion about snow removal, etc.)

I agree and hopefully we can bring that up at our next meeting.
By the way, we are fine for monies to be allocated for snow removal. This year will be more expensive to the neighborhood because the State will not reimburse the associations that much because many of the snow falls were smaller. (although they were icy and tricky)We still needed to plow and salt even though they were smaller.
