Is anyone having flooding issues? If so, please respond to this post. Several community members are working with New Castle County to have this corrected. We need everyone and anyone on board with any flooding/water problems with their yard or home due to poor drainage or storm drain overflow or just from the amount of rainfall we have had in the last couple months. Please email ASAP with problem/issue. Thanks!
Flooding

Due to the flooding from the rains, there is now a erosion and hole in the ground next to our side walk and down by the drain pipe that runs across Olivine at Shale. It needs to be addressed by the County as well while they are looking at the rest of the flooding. Would you please attach this information to the complaint. I am afraid the sidewalk and drain pipe may collapes after it is too late for Stonefield to have the county do anything to correct it.

Sincerely,

Flooding Issues

Dear Griff,

Dick Cathcart sent two communications to our entire community regarding what to do if you have flooding issues. I will forward via email theinformation. Basically he requested each homeowner with issues should respond directly to his office.

I will forward the info shortly.
