Green Mountain and Recycle Bank are in discussion with Tri-State to run a pilot program in Brandywine Hundred. See the Brandywine Hundred link: http://www.ccobh.com/minutesJan2006.htm The issue that I am interested in is: Can they do this at no extra charge? Just pay Tri-State for there existing hauling fee?
