I suggest RGCA make the dues mandatory, not optional. While I don't mind at all paying dues, I think it's not exactly fair that only 50% of us are paying for important things such as snow removal, yet each and every resident(paying and non-paying) benefits from it.

dues should be mandatory.soon we will have kitchen chairs holding paking spots when there is no more $ to plow our steets.All my vehicles are 4 wheel drive and we still send in our dues.any one who can afford a house in our community certainly can afford $35 in dues.just really cheap i suppose.
