Has anyone else noticed the loose dogs running around in the vicinity of Welch and Pitkin and maybe elsewhere. Twice this week I've seen a brown and white Pit Bull and one this same Pit Bill with a Rottweiler running about in yards, running up to people walking or biking and barking. Am I the only one noticing this nuisance?? They seem to belong to the people at 1300 Welch. Anyone else worried about this?
