Hello to condo owners who, like me, have the water controls and fire panel in their garage.  In the past six weeks, the fire alarm panel has twice gone into "System Trouble" mode with a flashing yellow light (on the control panel) and a pulsing beeping tone (that I can hear in my living room).  It concerns me and I've been communicating with MPM (Kelley Still) in search of an explanation.  Response has been much slower than I would like, and no explanation/ reason has been put forth.  I frequently leave Madison for extended periods of time and this situation is concerning to me (and perhaps should be to other condo owners).  Has anyone else experiened this?  Also, is there a person at MPM who has been responsive and helpful with any issues you've had?
