Has anyone done block organizing on their street? I know my immediate neighbors, but that's it. I would like to see our alley and street front litter-free'ish, see theft decrease, get to know everyone, and get folks invested in their street. There are lots of apartments on my street, too, some of which would be highly difficult to get to ''buy-in'' because they are fairly transient. Any ideas out there for me? THanks, Kathy
