Coors Club

Posted in: Highland United
We live one block away from the Coors Club located on 34th & Navajo. I think this Club should hire people to cleanup the mess their patrons leave behind.

This club is a NUISANCE. Every Friday and Saturday night their patrons toss beer bottles and trash, urinate in the street and defecate in the alleys. Our cars, which we park infront of our homes get hit and run or keyed (scatched up).

Any suggestions on what to do about this problem. We love this neighborhood, but the only problems is that Coors Club.
Public Nuisance Law

Call the police and make the file a report on these incidents. After a couple violations in a short period of time, the police department and the City can enact a public nuisance on the property. At which time the owner of the building has 30-60 days to clean up the troubles or the building will go into the ABATE program.

Just thought you'd like to know, this is an option. I am in the process of purchasing the building at 34th & Mariposa (yes, the ugly eye sore). I have an architect in the process of designing the space to be an upscale single family loft-type home. If anyone would like to add input on this project, please contact me at the above e-mail address. I look forward to meeting you all, very soon.
