Please - stop the pooping!

charm this!

That is exactly the type of comment the original author is talking about. I think we should have a neighborhood debate. Whoever loses will be forceably removed from the neighborhood forever!

Ah, charming and productive - your input is invaluable.
Good ideas

I especially like the idea of gathering the dog poo, placing it in inconvenient, obvious places around the homes of individuals who do not take care of their animals messes. It is not the animal's fault that they have normal elimation, it is the lazy, assanine owners who do not take care of their pet, and ''spread'' the responsibility of this care around. We have NO pets, but last week, on New Year's Eve, I cleaned up SIX dog piles from my front yard. The individuals who let their dogs run or look the other way while their dog soils my yard are bums. It is particularly infuriating when dog owners make dumb, meaningless, sarcastic suggestions about how I should get on with my life. I would love to, but first I have to clean up after your pet.
Come Talk about it!

The next meeting of the Wash Park East Neighborhood Association will talk about Dogs, Cats and Wild Animals; the Dog ''off leash'' project and the pedestiran Master Plan. We will also hear about legislation meant to deal with the crime of cruelty to animals and get an update on incidents of cruelty to animals in Washington Park. Come and speak up about your concerns, frustrations or fears. The Date is 02/11/03 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Wash Park United Methodist Church Sanctuary. Relieve your tensions! Do something constructive!
