Everyone needs to come out to the HOA meeting next tuesday, Dec. 19th and let the management know that we will not stand for a $15.00 increase to our already high HOA dues. Did you know that other communities around here are averaging $35 as their HOA dues? It is ridiculous that we have to pay for the lack of planning on the builders part!
Please come out and listen to the discussion about the rates and join us in the cause to keep the HOA dues from increasing!!!!
