parking lot
This is quite a problem in Greenfield. Our beautiful community looks like a parking lot. These people should pay for storage of these RV's and boats. If they can afford these ''luxuries'' they can afford the storage fees. By Anon |

Covenants Violation
Remember, it is a violation of the covenants to have Boats or RVs on the property for more than a tempoary time period. A common rule of thumb is 24 hours, while people are loading or unloading, or otherwise preparing for a vacation or outing. If there is someone who regularly and repeatedly violates these guidelines, they are subject to fines, after notification and remedial time response periods. Contact the HOA if you think you have a valid complaint. By Village Ambassador |

Killarney St. big violator
If you want the best example of how our neighborhood should NOT look, just visit this street. Chain link dog fence, christmas clips, boat, parking lot, illegal parking, the list goes on and on. Thank you so much for mucking up our community. And thank you HOA for doing nothing. It is a fact that at least some of these violations have been reported. Glad I pay such a high monthly fee for no services rendered. By Resident |
