I was just wondering if anyone knew if our HOA dues cover snow removal from the main sidewalks. The sidewalks all along E. Fair and all the outskirts are never done.
I also want to remind people who live on corner lots that it is their responsibility to shovel around the corner too. Many residents only shovel in front of their house. This makes walking more difficult and it is also a safety hazard.

The HOA dues cover the snow removal around the clubhouse area. -- The majority of the sidewalks in Greenfield are under the jurisdiction of the Liverpool Metro District to whom you pay property tax to. (Current levy is 29.000). Currently, this District is ran by Don Eley who works for Village Homes. - I would post your inquire to him.
