I saw a house for rent sign in Greenfield. Is this allowed? I thought I remembered signing something upon closing stating that you cannot rent your house.

Houses for rent?

I've seen this too- actually on a couple of houses. I think one of them is rented out- don't really know if this is allowed or not.

Renting

Anyone who owns their house can rent it. Our neighbors rented their house for several years, and recently sold it. The closing documents that you refer to were probably for the mortgage company ... if you rent, the interest rate increases.
