Does anyone know who to contact regarding the graffiti on the Countryside sign at 108th and Oak?

Hi Jill, Thanks for calling the graffiti to our attention. Chuck from the City of Westminster said that since the sign belongs to Countryside, it is the HOA's responsibility to clean it up.
