Broomfield citizens approved CONSIDERING the county issue. Citizens approved the COMMISSION of the study.

In our opinion, when government decides they know what is best for the peasants, you then have a dictatorship.

First, to Br. Anon, forgive us for jumping in here, but had to add our two cents.

Margaret, you asked for a reason as to why these groups are opposing the formation of Broomfield County.

Br. Anon responded succinctly that it's the Constitution. Defending our constitution and what it represents, government FOR THE PEOPLE, and BY THE PEOPLE is of the utmost importance.

As it has been posted here before: just follow the campaign. You will hear and read our position on this issue.

All things in due time and now is not the time.

Hi Margaret,
You asked which part of the constitution grants ciitzens to vote on becoming a county. Last night I went to look it up, and it turns out i've loaned my copy out. A friend is making a copy for me today and I will try to respond to that question by tomorrow.

I didn't want you to think (I or we) were blowing you off on that question. I just need a little more time to get the answer (verbetim).
