Wrong again . . .
Are you forgetting that CBLG documentation is public record? Investigating that group of ?“citizens?” was one of the first issues that inspired us to further investigate the formation of the combined city and county of Broomfield. Concerned citizens should undertake such efforts to keep the process of government free of hidden agendas and the undue influence of political figures. Broomfield officials have repeatedly used their positions to promote hidden agendas under the guise of being ordinary ?“citizens.?”
I would like to point something out to you that I am sure you already know. Broomfield officials routinely cite what is LEGAL to justify their behavior. We, the citizens of this area, are interested in what is ETHICAL regarding the behavior of our elected officials. Those officials serve us, remember? It concerns us when they demonstrate a continuous stream of unethical behavior and make decisions that are clearly not in our best interests. We are concerned for our communities. If you took pride in the American system of government, you would consider such a group of concerned and dedicated citizens to be a positive influence on local affairs. For some reason, you do not. So, once AGAIN, let me ask this question:
Why are you opposed to allowing the citizens of this state to vote on this issue knowing the truth?
It is obvious that there is more to this issue than what the citizens want. There is more to this issue than Broomfield officials have revealed to those citizens. There are clear and undeniable hidden agendas that do not serve those citizens. Most of the activity leading to the formation of the combined city and county of Broomfield has been legal. Any objective, reasonable person can see that it was not ethical.
